To Whom It May Concern:
I have been a resident of the Abbey at Grande Oaks for 6 months now, and I writing today in praise of your maintenance man, Bobby. This gentleman is truly an asset to your company as he displays a genuine level of affection for his tenants, and always remains professional and courteous.
My first interaction with him was when he came to our apartment recently on our immediate cry for help. Our dog was severely afraid of a low battery sound on a smoke alarm and Bobby answered the call of duty just as he was leaving for home. As a whole, I have noticed that every time he sees tenants on the property he always makes sure to greet them or display them a hand wave if they are driving around in the property. This world can be very cruel at times, but knowing the people like Bobby still exists exemplifies the brilliance of this man and your company for hiring him.
My only advice for the Abbey would be to not lose a man like him; no matter the monetary discourse. Bobby needs to be considered as a "Superstar" for your business as he is truly one of a kind.

I am writing this letter in regards to one of your groundskeepers here at the complex. He is a young gentleman who I think is named Matt. I just wanted to tell you that I think he is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. He is always ready with a smile and a wave every time we drive by or see him. If he sees me trudging trash up to the dumpster he is always willing to take it from me and carry it. Or, if he sees me struggling with something always offers to help. Everyone at the complex has been great, but sometimes those behind the scenes aren’t always recognized. I felt it important to do so with this young man. Please tell him “thank you” and that even though he may not know it, he is appreciated.

I wanted to let you know what a fabulous job the maintenance crew did on our Breezeway in building 10...Thank you so much.
